WHAT EXACTLY DO WE DO?

At By Lowe, design isn’t just what we do—it’s what we actually enjoy (weird, right?). Creating websites that look great and feel effortless is kind of our thing. The process? Smooth, collaborative, and dare we say… fun. You bring the vision, we’ll bring the aesthetics—clean layouts, cohesive branding, and just the right amount of flair to make your Squarespace site stand out in all the right ways.

Start by booking a call with us so we can understand your business, goals, and website vision.
If you decide to move forward, we’ll send you a short onboarding form (approx. 5 minutes).
Once completed, we’ll provide a fixed price quote based on your requirements.
If you’re happy with the quote, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin work.
This is part of a 2-payment structure:
- 50% upfront (to secure your project)
- 50% upon completion / before or at launch (see Stage 7)
Work will not begin until the deposit has been received.
We create your first website draft based on your call and onboarding form.
You’ll receive a recorded walkthrough explaining the design.
It’s completely normal to love it — or want changes. Honest feedback is encouraged.
If changes are needed, you’ll outline them clearly via our feedback form.
We will revise the design accordingly.
Revisions continue until you are satisfied with the final agreed version of the site.
Once approved, we will:
- SEO optimise your site (included in your package at no extra cost)
- Guide you through setting up your domain and business email (if needed)
- Help connect or transfer existing domains (e.g. from WordPress, Wix, etc.)
- Assist with connecting everything within Squarespace
To make your website live, you must purchase a Squarespace subscription directly through Squarespace (this cost is not included in our pricing and is your responsibility).
Once:
- The website is complete, and
- The site is ready to go live
The remaining 50% final payment is due.
If you choose to delay launch, the final payment must still be made within 7 days of project completion.
After final payment:
- Full ownership of the website is transferred to you (you may keep us as a secondary admin if desired).
- You receive 30 days of free email support (this does not include additional design changes, which are charged separately).

Usually 1-3 weeks, depending on how complex your site is and how fast you get back to me with content. If you ghost me for two weeks, well... the clock’s kind of on pause.
Not everything, but the more you’ve got (like photos, text, or even vague ideas scribbled on a napkin), the smoother it’ll go. If you’re starting from “I have a name and a dream,” don’t worry—we can work with that too.
Yes! I’m not just here to drag and drop. I can help you with branding direction, logo ideas, and even whip your copy into shape. I’m basically your creative co-pilot—minus the aviators (unless you request it).
Absolutely. You’ll have 30 days completey free Email support help, website guidance and creativity tips and tricks with me once you’re website is finalised- so you’re not stuck Googling “how to change font on Squarespace” at 2AM. It’s easier than you think—and I’m always here if you need a nudge.
